During his 5 years as Chief Hospitalist for OrthoColorado Hospital, Dr. Rajendra Kadari recognized the need for experienced acute care providers in the Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care settings. Dr. Kadari left OrthoColorado in 2015 to establish Summit Medical Consultants. Over the last 6 years, Summit has grown to 50+ providers at nearly 70 skilled and long term care facilities across Colorado and has now extended care into the Inpatient Rehabilitation setting. Dr. Kadari served as Chief Resident for his Internal Medicine Program at East Tennessee State University and has a degree in Health Service Administration from San Diego State University. His diverse skills include serving as the Physician Director of Information Technology during his time at OrthoColorado Hospital. Dr. Kadari currently serves as the Medical Director for 8 skilled facilities throughout the Denver Metro area and was recently appointed as the President Elect for the Colorado chapter of The American College of Healthcare Executives. He and his wife are the proud parents of two rambunctious little boys. He enjoys playing cricket, biking, hiking, watching movies and spending time with his family in the beautiful Colorado outdoors.

Dr. Vikas Reddy is a dedicated and accomplished medical professional with a passion for enhancing patient care and education in Post-Acute and Long-Term Care (PALTC) settings. Dr. Reddy began his academic journey at Baker University located in Baldwin City, Kansas.. He then pursued his medical degree at Spartan Health Sciences University School of Medicine in Vieux Fort, St. Lucia, where he laid the foundation for his career in medicine. Dr. Reddy continued his training at the Central Michigan University (CMU) College of Medicine, where he completed his residency. During his residency, he distinguished himself as an exceptional resident, earning the prestigious Louis E. Zelle Award for Outstanding Junior Resident and the Society of Teachers in Family Medicine Resident Award. These accolades reflect his commitment to excellence in both patient care and medical education. Since 2018, Dr. Reddy joined Summit Medical Consultants, where he has made significant contributions to improving the quality of care in PALTC. His role extends beyond direct patient care to include the education of non-physician providers and the analysis of organizational metrics to enhance healthcare delivery. In recognition of his outstanding contributions, Dr. Reddy was honored with the 2023 PALTC Clinician of the Year award. This accolade underscores his dedication to clinical excellence and his impact on the field. Dr. Reddy currently serves as a multifacility medical director, overseeing medical operations in Canon City, Pueblo, and the Denver area. His leadership and expertise have been instrumental in driving improvements across multiple facilities, ensuring that patients receive the highest standard of care. Dr. Reddy's professional journey is marked by his unwavering commitment to improving healthcare outcomes and his passion for mentoring the next generation of healthcare providers. His work continues to make a profound difference in the lives of patients and the broader medical community.

As Summit’s Director of Operations, Jennifer Burnier consistently applies a human-centric approach to lead continuous improvement across Summit’s expansive reach. Since 2016, Jennifer has created and managed processes and patient services as Summit has grown from four providers to now more than 80. Working closely with the practice founders, Jennifer helped manage the evolution of Summit’s operations from its infancy in the Denver metro area, spreading north into Greeley and Loveland and south into Colorado Springs and Pueblo while simultaneously expanding multiple service lines. Leveraging her more than 15 years of healthcare experience as a team leader, Jennifer focuses Summit’s operations on providing compassionate care to the most vulnerable patient populations in acute inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, long-term care and assisted living facilities. Jennifer puts the same dynamic energy into her life, enjoying the Colorado mountains, traveling with her husband and children and participating in her book club.

Sathyendra (Sathya) Kumar has been with Summit Medical Consultants since July 2017 and is responsible for the overall delivery of Data Team operations. Sathya is data-driven and an insightful person who is passionate about right first-time delivery, growing ideas, teams, and dreams. With a little over 2 decades of experience, he has grown his skills in full-cycle healthcare enabled shared services including provider, payer, and pharmaceuticals, data analytics, team development, operational excellence, and project management. Other notable trainings include AHIP Certified and Lean Six Sigma. When not at work, he loves hanging out with his wife and kids, long drives.

She began her career as a medical assistant and quickly advanced into leadership roles into senior management, demonstrating her strong clinical expertise and operational acumen. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration and has successfully managed urgent care operations, where she played a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency and patient care. Now transitioning into post-care, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge in clinical operations, team leadership, and process improvement to her new role. She excels in team mentoring and coaching, fostering growth and development among healthcare professionals to create high-performing teams. Beyond her professional life, Rachel enjoys traveling with her family, exploring new destinations, and embracing new experiences.

Jeff's passion for recruiting begins with his commitment to a quick and organized full-cycle process that attracts the best clinical talent and hooks them on the benefits of working with a great team and providing exceptional patient care. Jeff has two daughters in college, Morgan and Lindsey. A native of Michigan, in his spare time Jeff enjoys spending time in and around the Great Lakes, traveling, listening to music and dominating at live team trivia events with his partner, Soti.

As a seasoned leader, Dana has effectively managed care navigation teams, served as a primary liaison for stakeholders, and successfully overseen payer contracts to meet quality and performance objectives. She is skilled in analyzing quality metrics, identifying care opportunities, and spearheading initiatives to improve cost, quality, and patient experience. With a background in nursing and extensive experience in healthcare management, Dana excels in collaborating with diverse teams of professionals to implement innovative solutions that make tangible impacts on healthcare systems and the patients they serve. She has been recognized for her outstanding contributions, including being the recipient of the Excellence for Care Coordination Award by Anthem in June 2022. Dana is an active member of Denver Women in Business for Good, further demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and community engagement. Dana is a native of Illinois and moved to Colorado in 2013. She is a proud mother of a daughter. She enjoys spending time with her daughter and is a die-hard Chicago Cubs fan.

David Parrott serves as a Business Development and Facility Relationship leader for Summit Medical Consultants. David is an experienced leader in acute care and outpatient settings, he brings to Summit a wide range of skills and experience in operations and financial management, performance improvement and staff development. Prior to joining Summit Medical Consultants, David served as Director of Managed Care at a large acute care hospital, and Administrator of three Ambulatory Surgery Centers. He is widely regarded for developing and growing facilities and promoting team members personal & professional growth. Outside of the professional environment, David is a frequent hiker and backpacker, traveling his way through the Colorado Trail on weekends. You’ll also find him out on local soccer fields as a referee for youth and adult leagues, and performing in musical groups throughout the Denver area.

Ashley Pacheco is an LPN with 10 years nursing experience. She worked two years at Centura Health as a Medical Surgical Nurse, six years in Correctional Nursing, and three years in post-acute care with case management and administrative positions. She is IV certified and developed an innovative Transitional Care program in post-acute settings.

Ashley is goal-oriented with a strong desire to continue to grow and expand her healthcare knowledge. Her dream has always been to become a nurse and to have a positive impact on the fragile patient population, offering compassion for the elderly and the sick.

Ashley is a Colorado native and currently resides in Littleton with her fiance and their blended family of four kids and one dog. When not working, she enjoys summers on the lake with her family, outdoors, and fitness.

Annie Peacock has over 20 years of healthcare experience to include Caregiver, Skilled Nursing Receptionist, Certified Nursing Assistant, Medical Records Director, and now Assistant Practice Manager. She earned her Associates Degree in Health Information Management and maintains her credentials through the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA). She attributes her accomplishments to being a dedicated team player, her attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and reliability. From a young age, Annie knew how lucky she was to have known and to have had a close relationship with her grandparents. Her appreciation for that relationship led her to want to be part of caring for people, especially the elderly. Working in this field has provided her with a great sense of pride and commitment to providing excellent care to those in need, as well as the administrative staff. Annie was born and raised in Syracuse, NY and has lived in Colorado since 1994. She is married with two adult sons and a cat named “Mew”. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in nature, gardening, reading, and cooking with her family. A fun fact about Annie is that within her family, she has been the youngest child, the only child, the oldest child, and the middle child.

Angella Kingston has a passion for seniors and has spent many years dedicated to careers that make a difference in their daily lives. As the liaison for our patients and assisted living staff, Angella’s role at Summit Medical Consultants allows her to utilize her experience and knowledge gained while managing two assisted living communities and over a decade in the administration of large medical clinics to enhance the medical care experiences of our seniors who reside in assisted living facilities and the staff who provide their daily care.

Angella has also spent time as a Geriatric Care Consultant for seniors with Dementia and was one of the four local professionals involved in the education and coaching of police, EMT and firefighters on responding effectively to behaviors they may encounter during emergency calls.
